Golconda Fort Sound and Light Show: What to Expect
The show tells the story of Golconda and the Qutb Shahi kings with light, music and narration against the fort walls.

Before the show
Arrive at least two hours early and walk the fort in daylight. Climb to the top for views of the city, then come down for the show.
Languages
Shows usually run in English on most evenings, with Telugu and Hindi on set days. Check the current schedule with Telangana Tourism before you go.
Tips
- Carry mosquito repellent
- Bring a light jacket in December and January
- Book a return cab in advance, as few wait outside after the show
